Nicole Lee, Catering Manager, has been leading and coaching teams and individuals since 2012, both in the hospitality industry and competitive figure skating. She comes to Sapphire Catering from 24 Carrots Catering & Events, but Nicole may be best known among locals for her five-year tenure as Assistant General Manager and Bartender at Marine Room Tavern, a Laguna Beach staple.
