Justin McGruder, Director of Business Development, came to Sapphire Culinary Group in March of 2021. Having held sales roles in large global companies McGruder welcomed the opportunity to unite with a quality regional food service provider. After many years of a la carte dining experience with companies such as Gordon Biersch, Il Fornaio and Wolfgang Puck he is excited by the opportunity to apply his operational experience to the business development process.
