Aria Fernandez, Assistant Catering Manager, has been in the Hospitality industry for 12 years. From northern California she moved to attend the art institutes of Orange County getting her degree in Hospitality Food and Beverage Management. From working in restaurants to luxury hotels, Aria fell in love with working in the beverage world. She continued her studies focusing on wine and cocktails receiving multiple certificates in beverage knowledge including her sommelier certification. Food and beverage has always been her passion and being able to create events that will create memorable moments for guests.
